UIL Texas state wrestling results: See the 12 state champions from the Fort Worth-area

Here are all the UIL Texas high school wrestling state champions from the Fort Worth area.

Boys Wrestling

TEAM FINISHES

Arlington Martin — Second in 6A

Landry Wilkinson, Fort Worth Benbrook

Wilkerson, a 157-pound wrestler, won the 5A championship with a 6-4 decision victory over Eli Silva of Lucas Lovejoy.

Dylan Ota, Southlake Carroll

Ota, a 106-pound wrestler, completely dominated his 6A championship match, securing a 7-1 victory over El Paso Eastwood’s Hector Ortiz. Ota is now a two-time UIL wrestling state champion.

Isaac Arevalo, Arlington Martin

Arevalo, a 126-pound 6A wrestler, secured a 5-3 decision victory over Lucas Rios of Conroe Woodlands College Park to win his fourth consecutive UIL wrestling state championship and complete a perfect 38-0 season. He was named the 2025 UIL Most Outstanding Wrestler and is the fifth wrestler in history to win four state titles.

Keagan Sieracki, Southlake Carroll

Sieracki thrived in the 138-pound class, securing a 7-2 decision 6A state championship victory over Hunter Gordon of Rockwall.

Nicholas Zomora, Arlington Martin

Zomora, a 157-pound wrestler, won a 6A state title with a fall victory over Jared Remington of League City Clear Creek.

Grayson Carpenter, Arlington Martin

Carpenter thrived in the 175-pound division, winning a 6A state championship with a fall victory against Prosper’s Jack Ringger.

Rade Ostrander, Keller Timber Creek

Ostrander won a 6A state championship at 215 pounds, securing a decisive 6-1 decision victory over Aidan Mayne of Little Elm.

Andrew Jurasek, Keller

In the 6A heavyweight division, Jurasek took a 5-2 decision victory over Shane Trotter of Katy. Jurasek, a senior, is also a first-team all-district linebacker for Keller and made over 100 tackles as a senior. He will continue his football career at Air Force.

He qualified for UIL state wrestling all four years.

Girls Wrestling

TEAM FINISHES

Azle — Second in 5A

Noah Kovach, Azle

Kovach, a sophomore, secured a technical fall victory over Jackelyn Sanchez of El Paso Burges to win the 5A 100-pound state championship.

Mariah Dillard, Azle

Dillard seized a fall victory in the 5A 114-pound state championship vs. Henrietta’s Dalilah Coyle. Dillard secured her second UIL wrestling state title.

Aaliyah Finlayson, Northwest Nelson

Finlayson won the 6A 165-pound state championship with a fall victory over Annalisa Afrifa of Lewisville Hebron.

Carla Campos, Haltom

Campos, in the 185-pound class, won a 6A state championship, defeating Rylee Ferranti of Klein Oak High School by 6-2 decision.

Maliana Heimuli, Euless Trinity

Heimuli thrived in the 6A heavyweight class, winning a state championship vs. Sally Kazeem of Richmond Foster. Heimuli was ranked No. 9 ahead of the match and took down Kazeem, the No. 1 ranked wrestler.
