Fear Itself: John Landis, who directed An American Werewolf in London, is behind the camera for this episode of the horror-anthology series. Psych’s James Roday and Maggie Lawson star as newlyweds — one of whom may be a serial killer. 9 p.m., KXAS/Channel 5

Hopkins: ABC News returns to Baltimore’s Johns Hopkins Hospital, site of 2000’s Hopkins 24/7, for this documentary series. A full review begins on the Your Life cover. 9 p.m., WFAA/Channel 8

Untold Wealth: The Rise of the Super Rich: If high gas prices haven’t forced you to cancel your cable subscription, you might want to check out this documentary about the proliferation of multimillionaires and billionaires in the United States. 9 p.m., CNBC

Samantha Brown: Passport to Great Weekends: The upbeat Travel Channel host has previously done Passports to Europe and Latin America. But with people vacationing closer to home these days, Brown focuses on quick getaways to places such as Vegas, Austin (the site of tonight’s second episode), Santa Fe and . . . Paris? How did that get in there? 9 and 9:30 p.m., TRAV
