Networks still playing games with three new entries

    Celebrity Family Feud: Apparently, the survey said there just aren’t enough game shows on TV, because here comes this one, with Al Roker hosting as stars play for charity. Episode one pits Ice-T’s family against Joan Rivers’ family, and Raven-Symone’s family against Wayne Newton’s.

    7 p.m., KXAS/Channel 5

    Wipeout:Celebrity Family Feud too intellectual for ya? Check into this new competition series, featuring "the world’s largest obstacle course, designed to provide the most crashes, face plants and wipeouts ever seen on television." 7 p.m., WFAA/Channel 8

    BET Awards ’08: D.L. Hughley hosts this year’s show, which is scheduled to feature performances by Al Green, Kanye West, Alicia Keys and many others. 7 p.m., BET

    I Survived a Japanese Game Show:Wipeout too intellectual for ya? Check out this new competition series, which includes games such as "Big Bugs Splat on Windshield," in which the contestants are the bugs! 8 p.m., WFAA/Channel 8

    Primetime: The Outsiders: After two hours of silly game shows, ABC turns serious with the return of this branch of the Primetime family. The first episode follows a group of Amish teenagers as they experience "Rumspringa," a rite of passage in which they are allowed to experience the modern world. 9 p.m., WFAA/Channel 8

    Frontline/World: This week’s installment, Jesus in China, examines the underground spread of Christianity in the title country.

    9 p.m., KERA/Channel 13

    P.O.V.: The documentary series begins its 21st season with Traces of the Trade: A Story From the Deep North, in which first-time filmmaker Katrina Browne examines the history of slave-holding in the northern U.S. through a personal lens: Her New England ancestors were the largest slave-holding family in U.S. history. 10 p.m., KERA/Channel 13
